At The Book Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
